PROCESSING TIME
Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please be aware of holidays as orders will ship after the holiday.

FREE SHIPPING
You will receive free US shipping on all orders over $250.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges on orders under $250 are not refundable if you decide to return your items.

AFTER HOURS 
No orders are shipped after hours (Office hours: M-F 9 am-5 pm PST), on weekends or on US holidays.

MISSING PACKAGES 
We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the carrier. We will not replace or refund merchandise confirmed as delivered. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
